Time Warner Cable Road Runner Internet service customers can login to their email accounts via the TWC online Webmail portal. In order to access their individual email customers will need to know their TWC email address along with password. If you have not logged in to your account in a while and maybe have forgotten it then utilize the Forgot your email address or password self-help options.
Most internet service providers don’t consider the free email service offered as their primary email account that they use often so if you are like them then it’s a good idea to store your email address and password somewhere where you won’t forget it. You don’t want to have to use the self-help features every time you access your account.
For customers who consider their TWC email account as their primary email and who want to configure their iPhone or iPad to send and receive messages please consider the tips below to setup your devices:
• In Settings, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then choose Add Account.
• Select Other in the list of account options.
• Select Add Mail Account.
• Enter your Name, TWC Mail Address, Password and a Description for the account. Then touch the Next button.
• Select POP as the account type.
• Enter your POP Server Address and your SMTP Server Address.
• Note: Your POP Server and SMTP Server Addresses have the same domain as your email address, such as pop-server.nyc.rr.com.
• Enter your full TWC Mail Address and Password and select Save.
• Your iPhone or iPad will now verify your account settings.
• If you need to edit your settings, select your TWC Mail in the Accounts list.
• To check your mail, select Mail from the main screen.
