Students who are scheduled to take an online test through the Riverside Publishing web portal need to have their username and password to login to the portal. If you have forgotten any of your login information then try using the self-help sections of the site to quickly assist you with recovering that information. If those options don’t work then you will need to contact your teacher of school administration.
Students will need to follow instructions once inside the site particularly if they are taking multiple tests. One tip to keep in mind is when you finish your first subtest you will need to logout of the system before starting the next subtest.
Each student that is logged in to the site and is scheduled for testing should realize that the proctor is monitoring everything they do. The proctor has lined up the tests they need to take and knows when they are online and when they have completed a test. When all tests have been completed and finalized the proctor will submit them to Riverside Publishing for scoring.
If a student has a question and needs to ask the proctor for assistance they will need to get the proctor’s attention by utilizing the “I Need Help” button. The proctor will stop by the student’s desk to assist them with their problem and then shortly afterwards the student needs to click the “Raise Your Hand” button which after a short period will indicate to the proctor that the student has resumed working.
