To apply for the Premier Card from Citi consumers will need to visit the application site.  At the site you will need to enter your invitation number that can be found on your Cit Premier credit card offer along with your last name.  If you are unsure where the invitation number is located on your mailer click the “Where to Find Your Invitation Code” link from the application homepage.
