Trustmark Health Benefits can be accessed by authorized users online at the My Trust Mark Benefits web portal.  The portal is accessible 24 hours a day from your home computer, public computer, mobile devices, or smartphones.  

Users that access the site will be directly linked to personal information about their medical and dental benefits and any other health plans they’re signed up for.

How to Navigate MyTrustMarkBenefits

There are 4 types of users that need to access the Trust Health Benefits website:

  • Participants

Participant Registration Details

Under the Participant section of the website click the blue CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT button

Enter in the following details:

  • Your member ID or SSN
  • Your last name
  • Your zip/postal code
  • Your date of birth
  • Click the blue NEXT button
  • Click “I agree” to accept to electronic signatures and terms
  • Enter your contact information including email address and phone number
  • Click “Start” next to the communication method you would like to verify and a code will be sent to the email address or mobile phone you supplied
  • Enter the verification code 
  • Click “Next” to continue
  • Create your profile by choosing a username and password
  • Answer 3 security questions and click “Next”


How to Register at Trust Mark Online

Under the Employer/Client section click the blue CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT BUTTON

Enter the following details:

  • Username
  • Password
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Setup your security protocols
  • Click the blue Submit button
