Consumers that were approved for a Destiny Mastercard after receiving their new card can activate it online at the MyDestinycard activation website.  Cardholders can either activate their card online or they can call customer service for assistance.

How to Activate MyDestinycard

Now that you have your new credit card in the mail you can follow these brief instructions on activating it so you can begin using it:

• Visit www.mydestinycard.com to activate
• Click the “Activate Your Card (Requires Log-In)” link

***If you are a first timer and do not already have an account you can click the Register link to establish an online Destiny Mastercard login –

You will need to enter the following details:

• Account number

***your account number is the exact number that is shown on your Destiny Mastercard or on your billing statement

• Date of birth
• Social security number
• Click the blue Next button
• Create your username
• Create your password
• Setup your security questions and answers

After you have followed the online instructions and completed each field your card should be properly activated including you’ll have created an online account from which you can manage your mastercard.

You can now visit the mydestinycard.com website to enter your Username and password to access your credit card account information 24/7.  It can be accessed from any computer or mobile device that has a browser and internet access.

Retrieve Username or Password

If you at some point forget any part of your login credentials you can utilize the troubleshooting feature on the MyDestinycard login page:

• Click the “Forgot your Username or Password” link

To Reset your Password enter the following info:

• Username
• Last 4 digits of your account
• Social security number
• Date of birth
• Click the blue Submit button

To Request Your Username enter the following info:

• Email address
• Last 4 digits of your account
• Social security number
• Date of birth
• Click the blue Submit button
