Old Navy credit cardholders can access their credit card account online using the Old Navy Cardmember Account Services maintained by Synchrony Bank.  The eservice old navy site is available for cardholders to use 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is free.  There are a number of features available to members:

How to Register at Eservice Old Navy

• Visit eservice.oldnavy.com register
• Click the I want to Register link
• Enter your account number and zip code
• Click the blue Continue button

Continue on with the rest of the registration process which will require you to create your login info – User ID and Password.  

You will also need to set up your security information for account verification.  Once you have completed the registration process the next step is logging in to your Old Navy account.

How to Make an Old Navy Credit Card Payment

If you are desiring to simply make a payment without going through the registration process and setting up an online account you can visit the eservice.oldnavy.com register website and click the blue Pay As Guest button.

Enter the following info:

• Card number
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Zip code
• Click the blue Continue button

After your eservice old navy account is located you can pay via credit card or electronic debit from your checking account.  You will need to enter your bank routing number and checking account number.
